We are very excited to announce a new on-line article that will feature the journey of a young attorney who will soon be commissioned.  His name is Scott Goldman and he is joining the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in July.  We will start tracking his journey from civilian to military life starting with his pre-commissioning activities and training. 

Scott is a graduate of Harvard College and Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Law Review.  He currently clerks for Chief Judge Andrew Effron at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.  Scott lives in Baltimore, Maryland, with his wife who is a doctor at Johns Hopkins Hospital.  After training, Scott willl be assigned to Fort Detrick in Maryland.
